Delivery Information

We offer various delivery options to accommodate your needs. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International shipping is also available. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination and customs processing times. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at butterfliesbaby1@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping Address and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Anything Bought on Layaway or with a Payment Plan
  • Special Order Items

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to  your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
